Heads-up on removing print books from Amazon. You can't.
You can remove e-books from Kindle, and you can publish new editions of print books, but the old listings for print books remain, even if you make them unavailable for purchase—which you can do, but the listings stay forever.
I know, because early on, thinking the listing would be deleted from Amazon, I took a first edition out of print through my distributor.
BIG mistake.
The listing stayed and book pirates immediately stole my book and started selling it on Amazon directly from my listing page. They had gotten hold of my mss, which is easy enough for them to do. I contacted Amazon, and they did put an immediate stop to it, but the whole experience still irks me. I wish I had left the first edition of that book in print and available for purchase, which has been my current practice with second editions ever since.
